The ladies and men in the service area did amazingly with customer service and with my car. My issue is with the front desk and their online portal. I booked a rental and was assured everything about my appt customer service and with my car. My issue is with the front desk and their online portal. When I arrived I was told rentals were not happening, which forced me to pay out of pocket for an Uber during a pandemic. I also thought my tires had been aligned at the past oil change but realized they hadn't but thats not on them. I was advertised by the sales team that inspections were free which I thoughtlessly assumed meant emissions as well. I drove 2 hours to come back for my free appt and ended up paying almost 150 just for the emissions and alignment. Alignments were another thing the sales team made me think would be included. The sales team needs to be more upfront. The service team was great. More

Great first experience with staff except for a pre-appointment glitch in communication. I had scheduled a recall part replacement in my Tuscon and also a PA inspection. When I arrived, after waiting 20 minutes I was told they were out of the replacement part. Had I been alerted to this I would not have postponed my 50 minute drive. They said the reason they did not cancel was that I had scheduled the inspection. They kindly checked and rotated my tires (for a fee) so the trip was worth it in the end. The wait time was a bit longer than I would have expected but I had a good feeling about the team and all were professional and responsive. More
