Great experience! They were professional and easy to work with. It was worth the trip coming from the southern tier of New York! Not bad pretty good. Ony issue was i was told the gas tank was going to be filled when I drove off the gas light was on i barely made it to a gas station. I went to Dickson City Hyundai with my wife Lisa to just look at what they had to offer. I had a Santa Fe and loved it, I brought my daughter there and now she is on her second Tucson. Her salesman was Vinn look at what they had to offer. I had a Santa Fe and loved it, I brought my daughter there and now she is on her second Tucson. Her salesman was Vinny and that is who I asked for. I want to let you know , this was my best experience at a car dealer I have ever had. Vinny showed concern and went above and beyond to satisfy us. He far exceeded our expectations and we drove home with a new car. Michael in financing again explained everything so I was able to understand. I don't think I will be going anywhere else for my automotive needs. I am planning on brining my other daughter there when she gets back from Alaska and I am sure she too will be happy with the outcome. Thank you for all your caring and help. I will see you again. I recently took my jeep in for maybe the 4th time with the same problems I've had over the course of 2 years that I've had my jeep renegade. The windshield leaked, various odd electrical issues such as st the same problems I've had over the course of 2 years that I've had my jeep renegade. The windshield leaked, various odd electrical issues such as starting the car and random sensors going off like the hood was up when it wasn't. It has left me stranded 4 times, 3 of which it would throw all sorts of sensors, and the other being at the grocery store with the back full of bags and the back hatch wouldn't latch shut. The battery had to be reset so I could make it home each time. When I called to say something was wrong I was told nothing would show up because the battery was reset. It doesn't tell me when it's low on oil, it just shuts off while I'm driving. That has happened a couple times, but I got my oil changed on October 2nd and November 24th I was on my way to work and it shut off while I was driving. I drove 1228 miles since having my oil changed and I had to add 2 quarts and it was still low. The warranty i paid for didn't cover any repairs for the oil problem. No codes where shown as to why it wouldn't start and left me stuck at work becsuse it just wouldn't start and I had to have someone come help me. The drivers side rear light had a burned up connection. I had to replace the whole thing. My warranty covered a part that was 123.00. My deductible was 100.00. The light was not covered so my total was 491.00. I feel I was sold a unreliable car and a useless warranty, and as many times as I took it in to get looked at, I was told nothing came up when they ran a test. I feel like I was sold an unreliable vehicle and has made the last 2 years driving this jeep awful and stressful. More
