Launi was very helpful. She was understanding and always courteous. I was a little disappointed that it took almost 5 days to look at the car after it was towed in, and that I had to wait that long to get a courteous. Let's see. I Bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson on December 5th. 3 months later my car breaks down. I get it towed to the dealership, and I get told that their servers were ransom attacked. The entire Hyundai 5th. 3 months later my car breaks down. I get it towed to the dealership, and I get told that their servers were ransom attacked. The entire Hyundai company servers were down for 2 weeks. My car was completely inoperable yet I get told they couldn't get me a rental due to the car having minor issues. First off what do you mean minor issues? The car wouldn't even turn over to turn on. So they wouldn't give me a rental car. Instead I had to pay 236 a week for 2 weeks out of my pocket for a rental car. I told the actual cooperate Hyundai customer service team that I wouldn't pay my bill if they won't do anything for me, and they had the nerve to say that the car will be repossessed then. A car that is 3 years old with 40k miles shouldn't have engine problems. So 2 weeks go by I get a phone call that my cars engine was done. They said I'm supposed to get back paid for the towing and car rental, but honestly their customer service is awful. Dealing with a time like that was so stressful and as a customer who always paid my bill on time, and paid more than the monthly bill. I was furious that I was treated this way and I'm pretty sure many other people have been treated this way due to their lack of software defense protection. I'm now in fear that my personal information, and others who own Kia/Hyundai vehicle's may have personal information leaked. I highly recommend people to not buy either a Hyundai or Kia vehicle. Service team sucked so bad that Launi specifically gave my wife problems with her attitude. Assuming that we were harassing about our car, and I can guarantee that we weren't if the manager checked the phone records. Either way, Launi was a terrible service rep had such a cocky stern attitude for no reason at all. I personally don't know where she came from, but she shouldn't be dealing with customer services as a job. I work in retail, and you are not supposed to be giving customers anymore issues than they already have. To finish this off I honestly don't even want my car anymore, and I'll never get a Hyundai ever again. Brandon I will say was very great to us, and he's a good customer service representative. I have my car back now and the warranty covered everything so that was a plus. More
