My car got towed in on August 6. I was told it would be looked at in 2 weeks out. I didn't get a call until last week (after I called several times to check status and was told it wa I was told it would be looked at in 2 weeks out. It was for a clamp that wasn't tightened causing the hybrid battery not to charge (the original issue with the clamp was from a body shop not Hyundai). In any case , The car was there for over a month for a repair that took barely any time to complete. They do not offer rentals or loaners. I have 1 vehicle and require it to get to and from work, etc. When I inquired they didn't offer a solution. After I called back aImost a week without a vehicle I was told about Hyundai Motor America's Rental Reimbursement (don't know why I was not originally told as my vehicle was going to be there at least 2 weeks). I have never had issues in the past but the wait time for regular maintenance has also been out for weeks/months since I bought my newest vehicle 2 years ago. I love my Hyundai and have bought 3 Hyundais but next time I will not be buying from this dealership. More
I was told I needed a part for my car which was on back order and they could not give me a date it would be in. They said I couldn’t drive the car since it needed that part. They refused to give me a loan order and they could not give me a date it would be in. They said I couldn’t drive the car since it needed that part. They refused to give me a loaner or pay for a rental. As a single mom I was unable to get to work. My youngest son just had surgery and complications with it and I had no way to get him to his appointments. I also could not get my children to and from school or food shop and run daily errands. They did not help me in anyway. Shame on Hyundai for failing their customer. I will never buy a Hyundai just for this reason alone. Very disappointed and extremely unsatisfied. More

DCH is a great dealership to deal with, my wife and I just bought a new hybrid that was exactly what we were looking for, it had all the features that we wanted. They gave us a great deal on our used car just bought a new hybrid that was exactly what we were looking for, it had all the features that we wanted. They gave us a great deal on our used car and our salesman Vinny Santos was so nice and knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He answered all of our questions and took his time with us. Had a 1:00pm oil change and asked them to also inspect my vehicle which I purchased there less than 2 years ago brand new. Took almost 3 hours and left with a failed inspection. Very disappointed in the service I received. 2 issues that I was there for I was told it’s not their problem and they couldn’t help me.
