Horrible used car experience! My family and I went in right before Christmas to buy a used van. After much haggling on a price, they promised that the vehicle had been gone throug My family and I went in right before Christmas to buy a used van. After much haggling on a price, they promised that the vehicle had been gone through thoroughly and that everything worked perfectly. The salesman, Christopher, told us that $3500 had been put into the vehicle to make sure that all of the "bells and whistles" we working. 2 days after we bought the van, it left my young daughter and I stranded on the side of the road feeling very scared. Once the vehicle was towed to the dealership, we were offered a car with much less space that did not accommodate my family's needs, especially during Christmastime. After the dealership kept our newly bought vehicle for several days with no communication to us about what was going on, I called. They indicated that they would need more time. After finally getting the van back, we quickly discovered that the air conditioning didn't work. I called the dealership and spoke with Steve and he was more than rude to me. I have never spent so much money at a place (we paid cash) to be treated so horribly! I would NOT RECOMMEND Dicks. More
