Excellent Customer Service I am a fourth time repeat customer to Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai. I purchased my fourth car from this dealership this last week. We were greeted by Jess I am a fourth time repeat customer to Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai. I purchased my fourth car from this dealership this last week. We were greeted by Jessica who gave me a very warm welcome and stayed with us throughout most of the sale. She was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and helped us find the perfect car. Then, right before we went into finance, Craig stepped in and help us thru the remainder of the sale. Bill in finance was awesome and made the actual sale move along quickly and painlessly. I must say I have been to dealerships all over the portland metro area, and Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai's selection, prices, and excellent customer service exceeds them all. This is why I will only come to this dealership for my car purchases. More

Purchasing a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. I purchased a 2016 from Dick Hillsboro Hyundai on 2/6/16. There was a misunderstanding regarding the price but they honored the original price I saw I purchased a 2016 from Dick Hillsboro Hyundai on 2/6/16. There was a misunderstanding regarding the price but they honored the original price I saw on their site. I have not had a pleasant experience with buying a car until now. The staff was extremely pleasant, the business was immaculate and the dealer got me in and out in record time. Andrew Van Pelt (sales consultant) spent time in the vehicle with me going over all the amenities. Craig Ward (sales associate) was very personable and entertaining. I have never laughed quite as much during my time there. The paperwork was done in a short time and they had my satisfaction at heart. The car is wonderful and when it is time to purchase another I will be on their doorstep when they open up. More

Best Repair Service EVER!! This morning I had to take my car in to have the splash guard fixed. I thought I would have to leave it and rent a car. To my surprise, they immediate This morning I had to take my car in to have the splash guard fixed. I thought I would have to leave it and rent a car. To my surprise, they immediately took my car right in and fixed it within 30 minutes. When I went to pay Mike, he said there was no charge. Happy as a bug I went out to my car only to find it sparkling clean!!! They washed it for me. Talk about GREAT service. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Mike D'Empiro, it was a pleasure!
