Purchased a certified Santa Fe Found the car I wanted to consider on Craigs List. Drove 25 miles to dealership late in the afternoon. As we drove into lot, we were greeted by Sale Found the car I wanted to consider on Craigs List. Drove 25 miles to dealership late in the afternoon. As we drove into lot, we were greeted by Sales Person Jahaira Ramos. She is young (not been in the business long) and sincerely friendly. She showed us several cars but the vehicle we were hoping to see was not on the lot. She apologized and promply made arrangements for the car to be delivered the next day. When we were able to return, she was busy with another customer so we were greeted and assisted by Mr. Roberto Melgarejo. He was both patient and helpful (and the more experienced). We were not put under any pressure to decide or purchase. The test rides were relaxed and quiet - neither Jahaira or Roberto tried to fill the 'quiet' time with sales dialogue. We decided on a certified 2016 Santa Fe SE. It has been about one week and we have put less than 100 miles on the car but we have driven it enough to be comfortable that we made the right choice. Should any of our friends express any interest in Hyundai, we will recommend they work with Jahaira and Roberto. More
