found car, loved car, bargained great price! I came to test drive a 2012 ford focus sel listed online, thinking I would dislike the car. I ended up loving it and our salesperson for the test driv I came to test drive a 2012 ford focus sel listed online, thinking I would dislike the car. I ended up loving it and our salesperson for the test drive, Desiree. She was very natural and no-pressure, and gave us a thorough experience with the car, not a 5 minute loop drive. There was very minimal pressure when I said I wanted to go look at other cars in the area before making decisions and left. I came back later the same afternoon after not being able to get the Focus out of my mind all day. I was unable to work with Desiree as she was helping another customer so Tim helped us and we had just as great an experience with him on our second test drive. We went to talk price and I did some negotiation I was pretty darn proud of, long story short after the sales manager tried to hard ball the price they came down to the price I wanted to pay and the rest was easy and quick. I would definitely come back here to purchase and service again. More
