The 2014 honda that I purchased was done entirely over the telephone from 200 miles away in a different state. (I have bought my last 3 cars this way) I spoke with Chrystal first and the Robbie next, bot the telephone from 200 miles away in a different state. I used USAA buying program to find a car at a price I felt was fair and no negotiations needed. USAA pointed us to Dick's in Hillsboro and another auto dealership in Vancouver. Miguel welcomed us on the lot and offered a test drive of a car. He didn't pressure us and I felt he was honest and fair. Miguel worked very hard and even stayed late to ensure we got our car the day we wanted it despite being very busy. I would buy another car from Miguel because he makes you feel comfortable and its like working with a friend. I also want to give a kudos to Greg. We arrived early for our appointment with Miguel because I was so excited about getting a new car after driving a 1997CRV for 17+ years. Greg welcomed us and got the paperwork started so Miguel could just start his shift with the ball rolling.
