Friendly, knows the cars and all the features of the vehicle. No pressure. He did everything to meet our needs and answer all our questions. He let us look at the Honda CRV EX L and the Pilot EX L Navigation. We got to compare both and make an informative choice of which vehicle was best for us. We are going with the Pilot. I personally want to thank Scott for taking the time to help us. I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a Honda, go to Dick's in Hillsboro and meet with Scott. You will be glad you did. Dick's also has a great service department. Thanks to Chris and Alex and all the techs that work on my vehicle. More
Terrible depressing experience This was my first car and i went to xxxxx hillsboro honda just because it was near where i lived. It was a terrible experience. I visited them thrice, every single time walking out in despair and anger. Everyone starting from manager to salesmen intimidate you and make fun of your lack of knowledge. Was a terrible experience. For deal negotiation, they sent a guy who was less than a month old. He kept running inside every time we asked him a question. Later, 3rd time, we discussed a deal with them, everything was settled, and just before we sign the papers, the salesman was like "there is a small problem, we dont have the car in red as we promised, why dont u settle with black"....that after 1 month of telling them i wanted a red car. Then the next 10 mins he tried to convince me why red is a police magnet and hence i HAVE TO buy the black they have...What a big joke that place is. SHabbily managed. For them customer is like yet another itch they need to get rid of. You feel depressed and morally degraged when you leave that place. I felt they open shop just to cheat people. Thus after a month long negotiation with these guys, I just turned around , went to Wilsonville honda, drove the car back home in 1 hr... More
Service Department Untrustworthy Every Time We have taken two Hondas to this service department and have come away with a really bad taste in our mouths on BOTH accounts. We have unwittingly sp We have taken two Hondas to this service department and have come away with a really bad taste in our mouths on BOTH accounts. We have unwittingly spent thousands of dollars at this dealership in repairs. Assuming the initial repairs we had done WERE needed, in both cases we were also later told we needed work done which was unnecessary. We know it was unnecessary because we paid to have another dealership (which has kept all our cars in top shape for 20 years!) check out the additional claims made in each case. In one case we needed a $24 bracket, not $2400 worth of work! (And the symptoms we were experiencing were caused by the actions of this service department, we assume inadvertently.) In another, only the cheapest of the six items listed needed doing - and that one with no urgency. Needless to say, we do not trust the statements of this service department and will not be returning. More

The staff was all wonderful and I believe they cared about my current situation. TJ was the best salesman I have ever dealt with and quite the contradiction to my predetermined stereotypes I walked in with. I am glad I went there, it was a good call. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had!!! I stopped in to get the oil change on my '06 Accord Coupe. Was wondering the lot when Greg came by to see if he could help. I told him what I was loo I stopped in to get the oil change on my '06 Accord Coupe. Was wondering the lot when Greg came by to see if he could help. I told him what I was looking for (Fit) and he let me know that they couldn't keep them in stock but, took my number and said he would call when they came in. A few days later Greg called. I took one look at the Fit and fell in love! Greg REALLY LISTENED when I explained what I was looking for: great MPG, moonroof, safety features ~ the Fit had it all!! I was in a hurry but they got me out of there in record time and insisted I come back when I had the time for all of my questions tp be answered. Greg - YOU ROCK!! No pressure, fun, actually listened to me ~ certainly not my usual experiences at a dealership! Thank you Greg (and Brandon too) !! OH - and Alex in the service department too!! More
I survived my first car buying experience! I have never bought a car before so didn't know what to expect. I came in not sure whether I was going to upgrade to a newer model or not. I felt very comfortable with Jeremy Campbell, the sales agent, who was very patient and helpful so I ended up buying a car! The transaction took quite a while and when he found out I was diabetic, he even bought me dinner. When we got done which was late at night, way past his working hours, he didn't rush me out and still offered to help me figure out the settings in my new car. A few days later, I forgot that I did not erase my personal information on the GPS of my trade in car. I called Jeremy and he said that their service team clears those but he offered to remove it himself which gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend buying a car from him (or his colleague Greg Darlow who initially helped me out) at Hillsboro Honda! More
