I left feeling as if I had been mislead and pretty sure taken advantage of. Later in the afternoon we had an appointment with Vince to purchase a new Accord through the Costco Car Buying Program. Vince had put up with us driving the car multiple times as we narrowed down and ultimately selected the Accord. He was personable and accommodating through every step of the purchase. We never felt pressured or intimidated, even meeting with Bill, the Finance Manager (my experience is that the high pressure sales occurs in that office!). The Costco price was great and we were very happy with the deal we got. Sue loves her new Accord (after about 24 hours). We would definitely go back to Dick's. More
