Not what they seem We had a nice enough experience with buying the car from xxxxx, however, after we got the car is when Dick's Honda showed their true color as a group We had a nice enough experience with buying the car from xxxxx, however, after we got the car is when Dick's Honda showed their true color as a group of people that do not care about the customer AT ALL! We bought a used Honda Odyssey and within the first few days the AC had issues, I talked to Gary and he "setup an appt" for me to get it checked out. Well, I get to Dick's Honda and Gary pawned me off on Alex, who then pawned me off on someone else who then TRIED TO SELL ME A CAR! I setup an appt for checking out the car and instead they tried to just sell me a new car! WHAT A JOKE! Then less then a week later we are on a road trip to Utah and stopped in Boise. Well, on the way THE AC QUIT! I took it into a Meineke and they said the A/C compressor was dying/almost dead and any dealership should have actually caught this and REPAIRED IT BEFORE EVER SELLING! It is going to cost me between $500 (replace A/C compressor only) to $1800 (to replace the whole A/C system). I will NEVER do business with Dick's Auto Group EVER AGAIN! What a huge waste of time and money. I hope others will read this and go elsewhere, Dick's Auto Group is not your friend after you buy a car from them, at that point they are just xxxxx! More
