The only complaint we had was that we were told it had head sets and a remote for the DVD player and when we got the vehicle home, they were nowhere to be found. The manager said they would get them to us but that never happened UNTIL Mandi Dehaven went above and beyond and got this matter handle very quickly. We will certainly recommend that people ask for her when they go to Dick's Honda! More

Poor service I purchased a used vehicle here with a service contract that had a disappearing deductible. They have historically tried to sell me early timing belt I purchased a used vehicle here with a service contract that had a disappearing deductible. They have historically tried to sell me early timing belts and serpentine belts for false reasons. I took my vehicle to Dick's Hyundai right around the corner from me because they said they would honor the service contract. Turns out not the disappearing deductible though and I was told that is the way it is... I was referred to the finance manager who, after two voicemails, failed to return my call. I finally got ahold of him and he claimed he writes everything down and he doesn't have record of me calling. He also told me he could view my contract but not the details and he couldn't help me. This is the last straw, I will never be calling or returning for service which he was very happy about and ended the call. More
