Pretty good experience I bought a new Honda CRV at xxxxx Honda. Teresa is very professional and patient! So the deal only took me about 2.5 hours. Whole procedure is smooth I bought a new Honda CRV at xxxxx Honda. Teresa is very professional and patient! So the deal only took me about 2.5 hours. Whole procedure is smooth and fast. Her manager also helped out for pricing. There are still some room for further pricing, to deal with business person, depending on how much you want to invest your time and energy. Over all, it is not too bad deal. To Teresa, thanks a lot for helping process this deal! More

I sent her the email and negotiated pretty much everything over the email. She has been very patient because of my busy schedule and she wasn't pushy. On the other hand, I had terrible experience meeting their manager and I walked out for wasting my time.
