DICK's Honda treats you the way as mentioned in their name My first experience in showroom and it was worst. There is this guy called Jeremy who has ZERO respect for his customers and talks as if he is right a My first experience in showroom and it was worst. There is this guy called Jeremy who has ZERO respect for his customers and talks as if he is right always. Never deal with this guy. He told he can try to fight for the price he quoted and bombarded me to buy a car within the next few hours. When I told him I need time to decide he started to disrespect me and strong armed me into buying the same day. Finally he accepted to give me time and asked me to come back the next day. The next day they increased their price by 1k than that they quoted and challenged me to find a better deal. I was offered a deal that was 1k higher than what the same guy quoted the previous day and told he missed a few things in his last quote "By MISTAKE" and told that "EVEN YOU MAKE MISTAKE". Who the **** he is to judge me. When the issue went to the Manager Michael DeSantis, he spoke with arrogance and literally cursed me that if I don't buy there I might end up buying somewhere else for higher price. His reaction was shocking and I really feel betrayed by the experience as it was supposed to be my first car. NEVER GO TO DICK's HONDA. The way they treat you is right in their name... PS: I would have given 0 star if I could have. More

Pretty good experience I bought a new Honda CRV at xxxxx Honda. Teresa is very professional and patient! So the deal only took me about 2.5 hours. Whole procedure is smooth I bought a new Honda CRV at xxxxx Honda. Teresa is very professional and patient! So the deal only took me about 2.5 hours. Whole procedure is smooth and fast. Her manager also helped out for pricing. There are still some room for further pricing, to deal with business person, depending on how much you want to invest your time and energy.
