The techs lost my wheel lock key and they replaced an air filter but didn’t bother to remove leaves so I had to bring the truck back to fix it properly. In the service center, they need to be more through. I spoke to Kylie and requested my services. I called the day of service. Yet, three things were forgotten. I had to bring the truck back in. I also found Kylie to be highly unprofessional. I was working with Michael and she kept interfering with our conversation. She acted like she was in control and Michael knew nothing. She even grabbed things from him. It was so weird. I will not be returning to this dealership. More
I was initially informed the repair on my vehicle would take "a few days". After an up-sell for additional services that may or may not have been necessary, I was told because the parts were located near e take "a few days". After an up-sell for additional services that may or may not have been necessary, I was told because the parts were located near each other on the vehicle, the additional repair would only add "a few more days". In total, I was told "a few days" on no less than 3 occasions. On each of these occasions, I had to proactively call and request a status update as none was otherwise provided, despite the prolonged timelines. Ultimately, the service on my vehicle took 3 weeks. Upon retrieval of my vehicle, there was no discount, no apology, nor even any recognition that anything atypical had transpired. Further, the passenger side of the vehicle was covered top to bottom with bird xxxxxxxxx. On the drive home, the repaired part began making unusual noises, so I suspect I will have to bring it in for yet another round of repairs. We will be taking all future business elsewhere. More

We were travelling from Canada en route to Mexico and experienced a fuel leak. We contacted 4 different shops, and only Dick’s was able to help.
