Tires rotated without asking me. I just had them done! I was refunded but now I have to Rotate them back. I came in for an 80,000 mile service. I had my 2022 Grand Cherokee hauled to Dick's CJDR because it wouldn't start. Turns out it was a defective battery. It took Dick's three days to replace the battery, leaving me without any vehicle to because it wouldn't start. Turns out it was a defective battery. It took Dick's three days to replace the battery, leaving me without any vehicle to get to work, grocery store, etc. In addition to the slow time to repair a Jeep under warranty, the communication was awful. The only time I was able to receive any update was after repeated calls to the service department. They didn't even respond to my calls to verify my Jeep had been dropped off by the tow truck driver until the following day. Just awful service all around. More
