I brought my jeep in for an oil change, agreed to an oil change, and now my air conditioner is making noises when I turn it on. I think they opened up the cabin air filter to inspect it and didn’t close it change, and now my air conditioner is making noises when I turn it on. I think they opened up the cabin air filter to inspect it and didn’t close it back up properly…now I’m worried about damaging it…so I’m trying not to turn the air on until I have a chance to look at it. The dealership is a nice clean establishment. Had a recall completed and a request for tire size speedometer adjustment. My egr tube was left loose causing a massive air leak when exhaust brake a Had a recall completed and a request for tire size speedometer adjustment. Taking truck to different dealership to have speedometer adjustment done. More

This was the worst I have ever been treated by any dealership 7 months to fix my truck and was returned to me damaged and dirty the team at wilsonville ram is horrible I will not continue to support r dealership 7 months to fix my truck and was returned to me damaged and dirty the team at wilsonville ram is horrible I will not continue to support ram and there vehicles I understand that some things take time but I really comes down to the people helping to fix the situation and wilsonville ram did not do me good I would have given a negative rating if I was given a choice! I was told by the service advisor as I left that it was not possible to obtain the pin number because "the number changes every time you use it." This was not correct. Later contacted the service departmen not possible to obtain the pin number because "the number changes every time you use it." This was not correct. Later contacted the service department, after providing my VIN number I got my. PIN number. Why did I get incorrect info the first time? More
