This use to be a great place to go too, but for some odd reason, it has changed for the worst. I was completely satisfied with my service experience until it was time to pay. When I handed the rep my credit card he informed me that there would be a 3% additional fee to use my card. I was shocked to find an otherwise reputable dealer would be so clueless. I’ve long understood restrictions on credit card use for vehicle purchases because of the relatively narrow profit margins in this segment of the industry. But I’ve also long understood that parts and services are the profit centers for the typical “full service “ auto dealership. For management to determine this course of action is, in my opinion, incredibly stupid. I use credit cards for, at least 95% of my purchases and not one vendor the last several years has charged a premium for that use. If they had, they would have lost me as a customer. As you have! More
