Even though I bought my Jeep from a different dealer, Adam in the service department at Wilsonville really seemed to care about my issue. He spent time showing me things about my vehicle I should be aware of, and was very knowledgeable.The problem with my Jeep turned out to be very minor and everything was covered under warranty! I went away feeling really well taken care of. I will for sure go back for any other services I need. Oh, and even the young man that shuttled me back and forth to my work, was pleasant and respectful. An Excellent experience! More

Jeep Wrangler transmission computer problem I spoke with Rafael. Explained the problem. He was able to have it worked on as soon as I was able to get it into the shop. Great Customer Serrvice and Follow up I have been having my Jeep serviced at this Dealership and Kevin Ames was my first Service Advisor and after he was gone Steve Ruff took over my accou I have been having my Jeep serviced at this Dealership and Kevin Ames was my first Service Advisor and after he was gone Steve Ruff took over my account and helped me with some of the issues that I have had and started before Steve became my service advisor. He has been very friendly and professional during the process and always kept me informed and tried to find the best solution for my problems. He is a very honest and knowledgeable Service Advisor and I would highly recommend him. Thank you for your help, More
Dismal vehicle service, even worse customer service We had an issue with our new Ram and was excited when they built the dealership/service center closer to our house. We quickly realized that they were not the greatest, and then it got worse. The service managers that we've dealt with were incredibly condescending and rude. They lied to my face and then tried to tell me they "did me a favor" by not addressing the issue the first time. I will never go back, and I've heard at least three others say the same.... On the up side, the best advice I received was standing in their service line. It was from another patron that told me they had the same issue, told me EXACTLY what was wrong (to which our service manager ignored and said wasn't our problem), and then said they had to go to Beaverton Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge to get if fixed. I asked why he came back and he said that he bought his vehicle at the dealership with an upkeep package and that he had to continue getting his oil changed there for the discount. Long story short, after THREE trips to Wilsonville and TWO deductible payments that didn't fix the issue, I took my truck to Beaverton. They fixed it the first time, AND worked with our extended warranty to have it included in one of the previous service reports (no additional deductible payment). If you have any other options, take your vehicle elsewhere. More
