Made my day easier My cousin dragged me to this "all day long" car shopping experience and she was not excited about any of the first 3 dealerships we went to. Everyon My cousin dragged me to this "all day long" car shopping experience and she was not excited about any of the first 3 dealerships we went to. Everyone was so pushy and annoying. Neither was I. We gave up. I suggested to save some energy and handle the car shopping on line and we ended up dealing with Massimo at Findlay. I wish we had done that before wasting that entire day. Way easier! Everything promised was honored, never again I will waste a single minute shopping around. More

Very kind, High Integrity Salesman! I've never had a better experience at a car dealership! I had what I'm sure seemed like a limitless amount of questions, as this was my first time p I've never had a better experience at a car dealership! I had what I'm sure seemed like a limitless amount of questions, as this was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman, Max answered all of my questions and made sure I was familiar with the vehicle but, but I didn't feel pressured, like I've felt at other car dealerships.
