I drove to Wilsonville in my Ford Raptor and the tire light came on so I pulled in the xxxxx Wilsonville Ram Dealer and asked them to help because my tire was going flat fast. They found a scew in my tir light came on so I pulled in the xxxxx Wilsonville Ram Dealer and asked them to help because my tire was going flat fast. I got a bill for $80 for the repair which I was about to pay but Ryan Rummerfield the General Manager happend to be standing there and stating that they would not charge me for the repair! The communication from Kassity was not good on the first day I call her to find out about my truck then she texted me back on the next day I called around 4:00 she texted back on Thursday and Friday I decid day I call her to find out about my truck then she texted me back on the next day I called around 4:00 she texted back on Thursday and Friday I decided not to call her to see if she would call me and she did not so then on Monday I call in around noon and she texted back a question about whether I wanted some stuff done and I declined because you were going to charge me 271 for a light bulb and 661 for a battery I picked up the truck on Tuesday and paid for the work and the lady that helped me had to jumpstart my truck and she that I declined a new battery and I told her that they wanted to charge me over 600 hundred dollars and she said I do not blame you I like the place but communication was bad prices were crazy More
