When we went to the dealership, each staff person we met was polite and smiling. Our sales person, Scott, was a delight to work with and as we worked through the paperwork, he explained everything as we went. We had the same experience with the finance officer. My experience at Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet was very positive. I had set out to visit six dealerships in my search for a new Chevy Equinox. I was interested in receiving a price quote and interest rat positive. I had set out to visit six dealerships in my search for a new Chevy Equinox. I was interested in receiving a price quote and interest rate from each dealership that I would be able to get when purchasing the vehicle. Dick Wickstrom was the only dealer that gave me an actual interest rate and not just a range that I would qualify for. Many of the other dealers that I went to after visting Wickstrom's said that they don't know how they gave me that figure because without calling the loan into the banks there is no way of knowing what rate they can give me. I was pleasantly surprised that when I contacted them after visiting all six dealerships they were still willing to sell the vehicle under the original terms that they had quoted me the first time I went there. The actual purchase went very smoothly and everyone we dealt with was very professional. Mike Seydlitz showed us how to work all the features on the Equinox once we purchased it. Mike was wonderful.
