When I started looking to purchase a new car I immediately went right back to work with Scott again. I went in to test drive a Malibu and new Cruze. Since I knew what I needed/wanted Scott took the time to listen and recommended I just try an Impala for fun. While it was a busy day Scott and Dave were very patient with me. They ended up getting 3 different cars out of the snow for me to test drive. Once deciding that the Impala was a good actually a fit in size, ride and options not to mention financally it made my decision an easy and right one. While being there they offered me lunch which was ordered for the employees. More
In 2011 have purchased 2 vehicles from Dick Wickstrom Cheverolet and specifically Mike Seydlitz. My first purchase early in 2011, I found a 2011 Cruze that I fell in love with. I had seen it at another Cheverolet and specifically Mike Seydlitz. My first purchase early in 2011, I found a 2011 Cruze that I fell in love with. I had seen it at another dealership, but the price was not right. I then went to Dick Wickstrom, Mike located a similar car and did everything he could to get the vehicle. We had many obstacles since the color of the car and the option package I wanted was very limited at the time. But Mike was persistent, in the end the car ended up being ordered from the manufacturer, which took about a six weeks. During that time, the dealership make sure I was taken care of including providing me transportation. Then it came, I picked up my car on Valentine's day. I loved it. Sadly, in December the 2011 Cruze had an unexplained fire and in an instant, this car I loved was gone. There was no doubt in my mind what to do next. I picked up the phone an called Mike, explained what happened and as before he found the car I wanted. The only difference was the color, it wasn't like the 2011 I had but it was what was available (my color was not available on the 2012 model). I met with Mike to see the color, and after accepting the color, Mike spared no time and got the car to his lot the next day. I can say the team at Dick Wickstrom were all helpful, friendly and always have a smile on their faces when I walk into the building. I cannot hope for more in the service they have provided to me in 2011. I would not hesitate to return to them for future purchases or recommend them to friends and family when they are in search of a new vehicle. More
My Sales Rep was Michael Seydlitz, he was great! The original person I worked with on the financing and paperwork was ok, but evidently he had the paperwork in a mess. I had to return to the dealer a week later when Tony (The real finance guy) returned from vacation to resign all the paperwork. Kind of a pain in the back side, but everything worked out fine. The overall experience went from Great, to Bad to Great again! More
After having an unpleasant experience at another Chevy dealer, I decided to take my chances and start the negotiation process all over again at Wickstrom. Not only were they immediately able to beat the o dealer, I decided to take my chances and start the negotiation process all over again at Wickstrom. Not only were they immediately able to beat the other guys' price but they provided the best customer service from the very first phone call. Mr. Scott Stephenson was friendly, attentive and quick to follow-up. He ensured the process went as smoothly as possible and took the time to listen to and address any questions/concerns. Because of him, Wickstrom got my business and I now have a higher opinion of car salesmen. The one negative part of the time I spent there was with the Finance Manager. I understand that dealers don't make their money on new cars so they make up for it on the extras. I opted out of the extended warranty and the FM's persistence and aggressive behavior to try and convince me to take it, made me walk out of the dealership regretting that I bought a Chevy at all. His hard-sell approach only caused him to dig his grave deeper. "It pays to drive American" takes on a different meaning when someone makes you feel like a fool for not getting more coverage. It didn't sound like "if" something breaks down, it started to sound like "when" it breaks down. Recognize your audience and how they are reacting. Not everyone rolls over for a bully. I've since gotten over that FM's friendly handshake that turned into a cold shoulder and would still recommend this dealership to others. More

I have purchased many cars from Carmax and after my experience with Dick Wickstrom I will def buying a car from a dealership a no hassle experience. There were some better deals out there but they were willing to work some more to earn my business. In the end I got the exact car, color and options I wanted and a fair price. More
