I was in great need of a different car. My husband wanted me to look at the Volt which i knew nothing about. It was a mid afternoon Saturday and we looked for the closest Chevy dealer which happened wanted me to look at the Volt which i knew nothing about. It was a mid afternoon Saturday and we looked for the closest Chevy dealer which happened to be Wickstrom in Roselle. We had no previous experience with them. We just took our chances. It was meant to be. The salesman Dave was so nice and very patient with us as we kept flip flopping on what options we wanted on the car, price etc. I drove the volt it was the car for me! I was so comfortable in it. I tried not to show my emotions as I had no desire to buy anything that day. Well we could have spent many weekends looking for that perfect car but why when I was very satisfied with this one. The mechanic who works on these cars came over and answered questions and concerns that we had. Dave took us on a tour of the shop. It was very clean, I could tell this dealership took pride of their business. We ended up buying the car a few days later. We got a very fair deal and trade in on my old car. I have had the car for a month and so far I have only used a half a gallon of gas as this is an electric car. I couldn't be happier. I feel very confident that I will be well taken of if any problems should arise. It was a very good experience. I never felt once they had taken advantage of us. More

Best dealer I've dealt with in the past 20 years. The sales guys are not "pushy" like other dealers and will leave you alone until you're ready to buy. I have, in the past, purchased a Chevrolet from this dealer. In my lastest quest to buy a new Camero, I told the sales person he would need to earn my business with a low price. He tried to hoodwink me into making a purchase well in the dealers favor. I found a dealer who sold me the exact same car for $1,100.00 less. I will never buy another car from Wickstrom, and I tell all my friend and neighbors to do the same. More
Long story short. They put the wrong oil filter on my vehicle the day before my vacation. Oil leaked out onto the Kennedy Expressway. The towing company they use didn't want to deal with traffic. I walk- vehicle the day before my vacation. Oil leaked out onto the Kennedy Expressway. The towing company they use didn't want to deal with traffic. I walk-train-cab'd home. They got it to me next day after lunch. Vacation travel plans delayed about 1/2 day. Emailed Service Mgr, no response. I'd stay away from their service dept. By the way, the oil change that they did wrong took 1.5 hours and some grease ball got my interior dirty. I also asked them to look at a leak I had in one of the tires, couldn't find it. By some miracle I guess, they were able to find it the next day. Guessing the initial person had no clue??? More
