This was the first dealer I visited while in search of a used SUV with the third seat. We were looking at CHEVY TRAVERSE . We were greeted by Leigh Hobbs who took us out for a test ride and as the talk continued, she eventually brought in sales manager Mike Seydlitz. We test drove, talked, negotiated and ultimately worked in a trade-in. I have to say that as much as I hate buying cars, the entire experience was pleasant and smooth. By the end of the night, we settled on what we feel was a good trade, good deal and good experience. Because it was late at night, we had to return the next day to close the deal with financing. I have to say that the finance guy, Tony Hayes was easy to work with and my out the door numbers didn't chang. So overall I give them 6 stars. They were all nice, honest, straight forward but not pushy and no hidden numbers and no tag teaming. It truly was a smooth, enjoyable transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership and when the time comes for me to buy again, they will no doubt be my only stop. More
Two days ago I drove onto the lot at Wickstrom Chevrolet for the first time. It was a day off for me; I was in jeans, sneakers, T-shirt and a hoodie (it's all about comfort on my days off!) I began looking at several cars, and in short order I was greeted by a sales consultant named Mark. Mark's down-to-earth approach resonated with me, and perhaps most tellingly, I didn't feel looked-down-upon for my casual attire. I felt like I had found a good fit both in dealership and salesman. During that visit I test-drove the Chevy Sonic. I liked the way the car handled, Wickstrom had the trim level and color I was looking for, and the rapport with Mark was unforced, professional, and friendly. The test drive, however, was as far as I was prepared to go on that first visit. I made this boundary clear, and it was respected, with no undue pressure to proceed beyond my comfort level. I returned the next day (yesterday) and purchased the Chevrolet Sonic. When the negotiation process was over, I felt good about the price I was paying for the car I was buying. Throughout every step of the endeavor, Mark was courteous, professional, and accommodating. When it came to signing the paperwork, JT made it virtually effortless. He, too, was polite, courteous, and very well-organized. My entire experience to date at Wickstrom has been sterling, without exception. They helped to make my new car purchasing experience a pleasure. More

Wickstrom Chevrolet's service department is very good. There employees are incredibly friendly and nice, they always say hi and they know who their repeat customers are and greet you like a friend, good. I purchased a 2003 Malibu from the dealership on/about February 1, 2013. About a week ago the muffler suddenly sounded VERY loud and I could hear a rattling sound under the car. The muffler had somehow gotten disconnected and they repaired it at no charge and washed my car also. I was very pleased that they stood behind their used cars; even a used car shouldn't have a disconnected muffler after only a month of regular use. Sean was very nice and polite. The dealership itself is pleasant to be in. When I purchased the car the staff was very professional which was important since I was a woman buying a car alone. One reason I purchased my car from Wickstrom was because a friend of mine also purchased her car there and was pleased by the way she was treated as a woman purchasing a car alone. More
