Was looking for a Tahoe and Mario Medina emailed me with a quote. I was very leery because it was a great deal with my trade-in. Mario was amazing at listening to what we wanted for our family! The above staff were courteous, friendly, enthusiastic, funny and helpful. With previous car buying experiences something that I'd never want to happen again, I was nervous when it came time to purchase a funny and helpful. JT was more than helpful at tracking down just the right truck that I wanted without being too pushy. He acted as though it didn't matter if a vehicle was even sold or not. He was just happy to help and if that meant selling a car, and dealing with salesman who operate in that manor is exactly what I prefer. Mario helped out with processing the paperwork and when I had asked if my XM radio subscription would transfer over to the new vehicle, he didn't know. So instead of just telling me some lie to make me move on, he spent 45+ minutes on the phone with some xxxxx in the Philippines trying to get it transferred. Turned out he was unsuccessful but not because he didn't give it a valet effort. But because XM is a bunch of thieves. He went above and beyond the call and spent his time doing something that was not even required, but rather just something that was thoughtful and kind and I'll never forget that. (turns out he's the president of a little city somewhere......I had no idea) I love my new truck. It's exactly what I wanted and having JT & Mario by my side made it a breeze and an overall great experience.
