100% Better Experience! My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer with the help of Latif and Mark. We had previously bought a vehicle (about 2 1/2 years My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer with the help of Latif and Mark. We had previously bought a vehicle (about 2 1/2 years ago) and had an awful experience. We were taken by the dealer and dealership. To say we were worried about going anywhere is an understatement. Anyway, Mark and Latif couldn't have been any nicer and we didn't feel like we were being schmoozed in order to "make a deal". Mark even followed up the next day in regards to getting a hitch put on the car (honoring an online accessory promotion). Lastly, Mark is following up on certificate we need that we didn't receive when we left the dealership. It was a busy night!!! I highly recommend this dealership if you want professionalism and a good deal. More

The other associates that were not involved with the actual transaction made sure I was comfortable and taken care of while waiting for all the paperwork to be completed. Somewhat disappointed I returned my Equinox AGAIN to correct a leak that developed since the transmission was replaced (at 55K miles) at Wickstrom Chevy. I also decided to I returned my Equinox AGAIN to correct a leak that developed since the transmission was replaced (at 55K miles) at Wickstrom Chevy. I also decided to replace all four tires. After several hours, and not being contacted, I called to check on the status figuring it should be done. I was told they had three of four tires but the fourth was being retrieved from McCook, IL. The wait was quite unreasonable to have four tires replaced. And no apologies for the delay or inconvenience. (On the previous service visit, the car fell off a jack when being pushed into the shop because of the locked trans.) More

Great Service. I just came in for an oil change and was able to be scheduled that afternoon. I was greeted by name. The process was quick and efficient. The Staff, especially Terry, were friendly and informative. This has been my experience every time I have brought my vehicle in for service. This is the first time I have routinely used a dealership for my service and I have been very satisfied. We had bought a vehicle from Wickstrom in the '80s and we pleased with the way we were treated at that time. That is why I returned to purchase this vehicle. I am pleased to say it has been the right choice. More
