Great car buying experience I came to this dealership to purchase a new vehicle, and when we couldn't get the deal put together, they came back with another option to purchase a I came to this dealership to purchase a new vehicle, and when we couldn't get the deal put together, they came back with another option to purchase a one-year old vehicle with only 2,000 miles on it, which had even more features than the car I was originally interested in. I feel like I got a great deal. Chris Zelek and Latif Kalic put together a great offer when what I had originally come in for didn't work out, the effort was truly appreciated. More

Not the experience I was hoping for I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership I did pay an extra $2,200 for a warranty I don't really have any complaints about the sales t I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership I did pay an extra $2,200 for a warranty I don't really have any complaints about the sales team and the staff however I am a little concerned that I haven't had the car a week and have had to take it to service twice already my experience yesterday had me in tears I took the car in because the check engine light came on I waited 3 hours the gentleman and service told me it was some type of sensor they would call me when the part came in my car was safe to drive until the part came in I looked at him in the eyes and asked him are you sure because I drive my two children around in this car he assured me it was fine to drive until the part came in I literally got 4 blocks from the dealership before my car started shaking and 3 warning lights came on I was not able to accelerate over 25 my heart was racing I was upset I was nervous since I was in the middle of a busy Street I took the car right back I was provided a loner I wasn't given any explanation as to why I was told the car was safe to drive but barely made it four blocks when I asked the gentleman what happened he kind of laughed and said well we are a Chevy dealership..... My car is not a Chevy it is a Hyundai I gave this dealership a check for $11,000 a week ago I paid extra for a warranty so I'm not quite sure why you guys would be okay with taking my money for a warranty if you weren't completely comfortable servicing a Hyundai I'm a little confused a little frustrated not necessarily with all of the staff there just with the situation in general I'm a little reluctant to trust now since I was told my car would be okay to drive until I got the part thankfully My Two children were picked up and they were not in the car when my car decided to stall it was still frightening and upsetting More

Had the best car buying experience. Ever. I just purchased a 2016 Equinox. We went in on Memorial Day to test drive. Our sales rep Terrence Newell greeted us without making us feel the typic I just purchased a 2016 Equinox. We went in on Memorial Day to test drive. Our sales rep Terrence Newell greeted us without making us feel the typical pressure I've experienced in the past at other dealerships. He asked great questions and helped narrow down vehicle choices that fit our budget. Sales manager Latif Kalic helped us further in our decision process and went above and beyond to earn our business. Lastly Bill Lucey in finance helped explain the finance process and was very personable and honest. The team working with us all went above and beyond. I was initially dreading the car buying process, but they made it painless. I would highly recommend Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet to my family and friends. 12 out of 10 stars!!! More

There were no high pressure sales tactics whatsoever ----just a friendly atmosphere. Having discussed the chosen used car with Chris Zelek, John Pontarelli , and the finance head Bill we were very pleased with the purchase.
