We immediately contacted Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet and promptly received a response from Sean Kersey in their Sales Department. . Before we knew it we were driving to meet with Sean and to see the Chevy Colorado first hand! Our purchasing guidelines were complicated as we were trading in two cars - to become a one car "Truck Family!" Sean was amazingly wonderful from the moment he opened the front door when we arrived and welcomed us into Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet!. He was encouraging and professional and also personal - which helped tremendously - because this was also an emotional decision we were making. However, when we walked out the door after filling in all the information needed to be able to make this purchase happen - the next day we heard from Sean stating that we had been approved and that the Colorado was ours - as he and Tony Hayes, their Sales Manager, had spent much time placing some purchasing options together for us. Since being home with our new Truck- within 24 hours Sean had already contacted us to ensure that all is good and made himself available to us - if we have any questions to not hesitate to contact him. We have been overwhelmed with the level of Customer Service extended to us which is far above and beyond what is considered the norm! We believe that if this is an indication of how Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet treats their customers reflected through Sean Kersey, and the Wickstrom Staff, who dropped by and talked with us - we will then be using your Service Department as a point of trust. As we were treated with respect and kindness, and with professionalism! Also, working with Bill Lucey in Finance, was so comfortable, who took the time to explain everything to us step-by-step through the vast paperwork, answering all of our questions and concerns - including explaining the options we have as choices to help safeguard the life of our Contract. And Yes! We chose...which has brought with it peace of mind! Again...we thank you for making our huge decision, which had become a deep matter of prayer for us as we sought wisdom and guidance - a wonderful and unexpected blessing! More

Left with a bad taste! I went into the dealership with high expectations on the service I’d receive after talking to Sean and reading the reviews. I will say that Sean was a nice person to deal with. I did not, however, care for the manager (who never introduced himself). The shift in the attitude from the Manager was beyond uncomfortable once it became known that we have to wait a few months before trading in our lease. They praise themselves on being transparent, but I felt there were things being unsaid the whole time. The manager was kind of beating around the bush on what he was saying instead of being “transparent” and saying it like it is. It was honestly a very uncomfortable experience. What set it off for me the most, which will be the main reason I will not go back, is the fact that once the conversation was over not once did they thank us for our time or shake our hands for going in. They just sat there, very awkwardly, and told us to have a good week literally as we were walking out the door. What they need to remember is that in 3 months, I will be purchasing a new vehicle, and because of the experience there it will now be with a different dealership. More
