Dissapointing We were purchasing a pre owned car dealing with Drew. We took the car to our mechanic, he pointed out a few issues. Which were relayed to Drew. He ass We were purchasing a pre owned car dealing with Drew. We took the car to our mechanic, he pointed out a few issues. Which were relayed to Drew. He assured us the issues where taken care of and that Wickstrom Chevy stands behind what the sell. (Not True At All) Not even a month and a few hundred miles later the same issue returned. I contacted Drew. He said they will be happy to look at the car, but of course we would need to pay for any repairs and diagnostics. My thought is any car dealer / sales person that stands behind what they sell and is not a lying scammer, would have said. I'm sorry about that please bring it back and we’ll take care of it. Not Drew! His response was anything could have happened to cause the problem. (In less than a month and 500 miles and the same problem that you said was taken care of!) He went on to say, you should have bought a warranty. We always recommend you buy a warranty. (Again not entirely accurate Drew.)We could have even understood him saying we can split the cost. We have purchased many cars over the last 40 plus years, most of them used. This experience is by far the worst we have ever had. At this point we will take the car to a reputable dealer to have it repaired correctly! Then pay for it ourselves sadly. Truly the most disappointing car buying experience of my life! Congratulations Drew & Wickstrom Chevrolet you are the worst in my book! We will be happy to tell everyone we come in contact with about our Wickstrom experience as you asked! (Just Not Good!) More

Dealership is on TOP of there game. This is our 4th vehicle purchased with Mark Conover. Once again Mark did a great job. This time instead of spending 5 to 8 hours dealing with prices, This is our 4th vehicle purchased with Mark Conover. Once again Mark did a great job. This time instead of spending 5 to 8 hours dealing with prices, financing, signing papers till our fingers bleed, SCOTT STEPHENSON, the financing guy was ready and waiting for us in just under an hour. We were there a total of 3 hours. We arrived earlier than we told Mark we would. He got the ball rolling with the financing guy and while he was doing his stuff, Mark started going over the vehicle with us. We had gone to the dealer on a Saturday, WE WERE just looking, because we needed to replace our 2006 Trailblazer. We were talking to Mark just about closing time and we were super close to a deal, when LATIF KALIC the Sales Manager came up listen to us and then he intervened and he sealed the deal right at closing. That's when we told them we would be back Monday afternoon. We had considered a Tahoe but we went to a Traverse instead, reason, MORE storage in Traverse than in Tahoe even with the 3rd row seating laying down. Another BIG key player in our decision making is the service manager Jim Barry. He gave us some insight to things we never thought about. And that is the greatest thing this dealership has. If one person doesn't have the answer they go to others to seek the answer. And if you leave a message they DO call you back. More
