I have to admit the service representative Karel Gass was excellent. In discussing the repair work she observed my automotive knowledge base and adjusted her explanation to the level of my knowledge in a very positive way. This level of communication was dynamic and refreshing. She also instructed me on using the dealership customer WiFi so I could do some work as I waited on my ride. The follow up communications were just as crisp and courteous. Overall I would give it a five star rating. More

A car recall repair was scheduled without the confirmation that the part needed for the repair was in stock. It was not in stock. I spent the day without a vehicle, having to get rides( no courte confirmation that the part needed for the repair was in stock. It was not in stock. Please do not schedule an appointment unless you have the parts to fix the vehicle. More
