My experience was better than I could have asked for. I was a bit skeptical as I normally buy Nissan. This was my first Hyundai NEW purchase and I am excited about my Santa Fe. I was there late and everyone was more than happy to stay. We rushed it a little but we had things mostly lined up before I arrived so it was smooth. Robby was fun to chat with and loved his car enthusiasm. I had been in the previous week and Deneil was very helpful as well. Finance was also quick and efficient, I apologize i forgot his name. I was contacted for two recalls. Service was slow they told me should be two hours but it took over three. No one contacted me to let me know what was going on.
