We had a wonderful experience. I have been extremely hesitant in trading in my F150 because I loved my truck but due to upcoming medical procedures I knew I needed something else. I have been extremely hesitant in trading in my F150 because I loved my truck but due to upcoming medical procedures I knew I needed something else. Solo greatest us with an upbeat, super friendly, energetic and understanding personality. He made the same experience the best. He heard our concerns and what we were looking for and absolutely made things work the way we needed them to, to be comfortable enough to trade my truck in. He understood our needs and my hesitations in trading in my truck which I loved dearly. He helped us find the perfect car. The entire sales team was pleasant to work with and made everything super easy and did everything they could to help ease my anxiety of trading cars. The location was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dick Smith Hyundai of Greenville and their amazing sales team! More

Prompt, seemingly professional service. Told oil change would take 2ish hours and actually took 1:15. Oil change indicator light not reset. Waiting room is shabby, only one work table, lacking plugs and no amenities except Keurig coffee maker with no pods. Furniture is crap and vending machines are in another area. More
Although I don't put a lot of milage on my 2021 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited, I was reaching 30,000 miles, and last May I had brought in my car for a problem I didn't know was a safety "feature", where t Elantra Hybrid Limited, I was reaching 30,000 miles, and last May I had brought in my car for a problem I didn't know was a safety "feature", where the entire car shuts off to protect from losing all the battery power in the 12V Non Power Train battery, which is always draining and charging, even when shut off. It had died back then (and since), so I took my car in to have it checked out, but they could not find anything wrong and noted that I was coming due for some Hybrid related (and other) maintenance totaling over $1000. I was very pleased with Brad, as I had always been, but this time nothing was found, which is the same story I seem to always get. In fact, the car had died when a service technician completed work last year when he left it in front of the service area to take home. We had to break into the car, by popping off the door handle key cap, and press the emergency re-start button, found on Hybrids. I have had to do this once or twice every year. I had talked with a Dick Smith rep who called me about my experience, where I went through all this, and didn't want to write a negative review, but felt like I was being told I needed to keep up with the maintenance, while at the same time the problem may still be there. My biggest concern is if my wife was out with the car by herself, and the car died on her. Well, it did occur after the checkup, but she didn't have to break in. I had to guide her through how to "Re-Start" it, over the phone. So, I began doing my own research on the web, first checking what all these maintenance tasks had to do with keeping my Hybrid in good shape. I found out that indeed I needed to do these things, at this point, so Brad had told me the right thing. I even discovered that everything I was experiencing was "Normal" but could be checked for "Parasitic Drain" on the battery. I also learned that frequent short trips (which is what we had been doing), could prevent the 12V battery from fully recharging. So, I decided to do all the maintenance, except changing the Cabin Air Filter, which I did myself. It included replacing the Hybrid Belt, Hydraulic Clutch Fluid service, a BG Complete GDI/Throttle Body Cleaning and Brake Fluid Exchange. This time I saw Chris, who has always been great, but I discovered that Brad was no longer there and left shortly after my visit a few months back, where he suggested this service. I had been getting emails and texts to review that visit, but declined, since I had talked to someone. So, immediately I suspected that my phone conversation, with no follow-up reviews, may have led to Brad no longer being at Dick Smith. I hope not, because Brad was always great. He was the only one the solved my issue with the Check Engine light always coming on. He had discovered gas in the evaporation unit and explained to me that I shouldn't "Top-Off" my gas tank, when re-fueling it. That was great advice, and the problem never came back after we have stopped adding more gas after the pump stopped. So, Brad was a fantastic service manager, and if he was let go, I am very sad. The only reason I am not giving this review 5 stars is because Brad is no longer at Dick Smith. I will surely miss him. But this review is for the work suggested by Brad and now performed under Chris, who is also great! The work was done quickly, and as promised. He even gave me the courtesy carwash I had asked for (after having paid over $1,000). Chris also explained something he learned, and was interesting for me too, in that the Hydraulic Clutch Fluid, was really Break Fluid, and all met the Hyundai authorized standards. That makes me wonder if I'm the first to get such a service, and what I may experience will be like going forward. Unfortunately, I'm already worried, because instead of getting my normal 45-50 MPG, I'm now only getting 35-40 MPG. So, I may be back again to have that checked out. More
