When I come in to get my tires mounted and balance, I expect them to put the tires on correctly, the first time. If you look at every single car on the road, and on your dealership lot, the white walls a expect them to put the tires on correctly, the first time. I shouldn’t have to wait this long for y’all to fix your mistake when it should’ve have done right the first time! I will find a better Ford dealership with better service department next time for my other Ford. More
