Very upset with Iperation of Service Department I have been waiting for my Promaster City van to be repaired for close to a month now, The trouble is when the Service department order's the part it I have been waiting for my Promaster City van to be repaired for close to a month now, The trouble is when the Service department order's the part it not the part that was in the box. You would think that after the first one like that someone would have been on the phone talking this over, but in stead they have ordered the 4th part and I still sit and wait to find out the static of my van. Its like the right hand doesn't talk the left hand, very - very poor communications at FAC and the Dealer level. Still another day without my Van, it is a month now that i have been waiting for the correct part to come in. I bet if this was the owner's high end Demon - or - Challenger ... This would not be the case. Well back to a sit and wait game, both from the service department and parts department as to when my part will be in to fix this very simple problem. More
My car is a lost cause the department has really tried to fix my car however the fix ended up that my door lock button only works occasionally. I am turning the car in soon and have no desire to send it back in for service. Don't really understand why - but with the new radio I cannot access my phone book contained in my phone as I did prior to the radio being replaced. Again thank you for all your efforts with this car, it is just a lost cause. The service department cannot be held responsible for this car. They have really tried!! More

I had a slight hiccup with my new Grand Cherokee and Chris and his team resolved it very quickly and professionally. Though the part was on back order, the team got one in much quicker than expected. Really Great Service When my Town and Country needed service for an unknown problem, Dick Scott employees were quick to diagnose that the front pump of the transmission wa When my Town and Country needed service for an unknown problem, Dick Scott employees were quick to diagnose that the front pump of the transmission was broken, which sent schrapnel throughout the transmission. We were also dealing with Chrysler to help pay the bill, and Chrysler and Chris, the gentleman we dealt with at Dick Scott, were both very helpful, polite, and very easy to work with. Review based on previous experience, w/ previous Serv. Mngr. The Sales experience (w/ Nelson Cypher & Ryan Simmons) was top-notch. But the previous Service Manager (Taylor Bradley) was not honest about fixing ( The Sales experience (w/ Nelson Cypher & Ryan Simmons) was top-notch. But the previous Service Manager (Taylor Bradley) was not honest about fixing (or the status of) a Nav. System (auto-dimming headlights feature) that was not working. Although the Service Dept. did a nice job fixing some paint and body defects that were found on the new vehicle. More
