Terrible handling of service appointment Made an appointment for service on my 9 month lease was told I would be provided a rental or loaner . Dropped my vehicle off was then told no loaners Made an appointment for service on my 9 month lease was told I would be provided a rental or loaner . Dropped my vehicle off was then told no loaners and enterprise car rental no longer worked with them as of a week prior but somehow “Chris” called Enterprise in front of me to ask for a rental then proceeds to tell me that they no longer work with the company as of a week prior and that I can either get dropped off at my employer or reschedule my service appointment. WHAT.. first why call the rental place in front of me if you don’t deal with them any longer? Second why not provide an alternative except reschedule as if my time means nothing? Left the service area upset that I had to take time off of work , with my vehicle still making noises and unable to get a loaner as promised . Called the service area later to speak with “ Autumn” who advised they could get a loaner In that day and if so offered to pick my vehicle up and drop of a loaner? Would of been nice to have that offered earlier . Was also advised they do work with Enterprise but they did not pay an invoice and Enterprise was not working with them at the moment. Why would you not provide truthful information to a customer and avoid an upset inconvenienced customer.? End of the story NEVER received a call from the service area to have my car picked up or to reschedule. Terrible customer service over something so simple and could of been handled better. You have now lost a loyal customer and many of my family and friends . Great work 👍 . More

Very disappointed. Got the runaround and put off. Service department dropped the ball from start to finish. Dropped off Jeep on Monday said it would take two days by Michael. Needed Jeep Back by Saturday. N department dropped the ball from start to finish. Dropped off Jeep on Monday said it would take two days by Michael. Needed Jeep Back by Saturday. No communication and finally when I got To speak To Chris the manager on Friday was told it was not done and that he would make sure it was done by 10am Saturday and to be there at 10. Upon arrival the Jeep had not even been started. And of course no one is working to make sure it’s done. When I spoke to Chris his response was I did my best. After re assuring me and even promising it would be done for me to pick up. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Unprofessional, and can’t be bothered with the needs of their customers More
