Took it back in for the tire balance which they said several needed to be adjusted and left with a vehicle pulling hard to the right. Took it back in again to get it corrected as well as a rattling sound and was told I have strange tire wear so they had to play with the tire rotation to stop it from pulling. " Probably put it back the way it was originally" I was told to come back after 7 or 8 thousand miles and they would try to rotate them again. They said they couldn't hear the rattling sound. As a result I listen to the rattling every time I leave my house and I will probably have to buy new tires soon which sucks. I got 68,000 miles on my 2012 Journey's first set of tires. If it wasn't for my salesperson-Nelson Cypher I would never go back to them. More

Poor vehicle inspection report I'm new to the area and this was my first visit to this dealership for service. The oil & filter change which I went in for was a great experience, I'm new to the area and this was my first visit to this dealership for service. The oil & filter change which I went in for was a great experience, service was quick and staff was courteous and professional. My dissatisfaction is with the free vehicle inspection report, everything was checked off green as being in good condition, even the brake pads which I found out 50 miles later were actually worn out and needed replacement. If the mechanic had actually looked at them and recommended replacement, the repair would have been a fairly inexpensive set up brake pads. One of the brake pads wore out completely, damaged a rotor and I ended up with an expensive repair to replace the pads but also the rotors. A proper inspection could have saved me a few hundred dollars. More

Excellent customer service Before I brought my vehicle in to Dick Scott, I called another local Chrysler dealership. The service representative was very uninterested in helping Before I brought my vehicle in to Dick Scott, I called another local Chrysler dealership. The service representative was very uninterested in helping me out over the phone, said he can’t help me and that I’m out of luck until the beginning of August which is also the timeframe I’m expecting a new baby with my only means of transportation down. I called Dick Scott right after, spoke with Jesse and he talked me through a few possible solutions to the issue I was having with my car and waited on the line to see if it worked or not. Although busy, he was able to get my car in and out in less than 24 hours after I expressed my timeline concerns. Will definitely recommend Dick Scott/speaking with Jesse in the future! More

Early Monday morning the Service Manager, Jesse Shelton, called me and went over in great detail the repairs that would be needed, he also gave me an estimate on the total cost of the repairs and how long it would take. I couldn't believe that he had contacted me so soon, I approved the repairs and a little bit later Mr.Shelton called me again to let me know how the repairs were going and informed me that while my Charger was there he would also take care of the recall problem. I had totally forgotten about the recall and really appreciated the fact that he was going to take care of it while it was there. Mr. Shelton then asked me if I had a way into the dealership and I told him that no, I would have to find someone to give me a ride and that it could be a day or so before I could get to the dealership. He asked if I was home and I answered yes and he said that he would be sending the shuttle van out to pick me up. What could have been a terrible experience for me turned into an exemplary one, the repairs to my Charger were completed quickly, the recall problem was taken care of, and I didn't have to arrange for a ride to Dick Scott because the shuttle van was picking me up. This is, without a doubt, the most personable experience that I have ever had at a dealership. I am recommending to anyone that will listen to me that they should take their business to Dick Scott. More
