I've been lied to by the dealership, they worked on my vehicle and gave it back in deplorable condition. I asked for the paperwork for the work they did, they stated to me they moved the ignition coils, spark plugs, and fuel injectors around. Only for them to later claim when I took the vehicle back after them having it for near a whole month that they did nothing. It went in to be diagnosed for why it was disabling the breaks and power steering while the car is in motion. They looked at the engine?

You should look into the help you have as I'm sure you are losing alot of clients your place used to be a good place to go for items that I needed but to send the vehicle to your place I would of never knew it was the most terrible time for me as nothing was resolved it's just a shame that a dealership can't handle the problems on the dodge brand o well guess the truck will sit where it is till it's part of my yard waste never again will I do business or will I ever recommend anyone go there sorry for the harshness but I'm just doing on how I was treated good luck on your business but not from me ever again
