They did not “find the problem “ until Tuesday at which time they said a part had to be ordered , delivered on Wednesday. They called saying it was fixed on Wednesday. I did not get it out of the service before it quit working again. it is now Thursday. They have not repaired yet. I am beside myself. I feel sorry for Anthony, receiving my calls and trying to make valid excuses. He is not the problem. More
Made an appointment to have my wife’s 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee looked at for a clicking sound heard at low speeds. Was sent a text from them advising I could communicate with them through said text numbe Cherokee looked at for a clicking sound heard at low speeds. Was sent a text from them advising I could communicate with them through said text number. After four days I inquired about the diagnosis and was advised via text that they would get back to me in the next day or two at the latest. I waited another four days and texted again asking the diagnosis and did not receive a text back. The next day I called and was advised that they had just finished an engine job and will move me to the top of the list. Why take my car if you can’t work on it for 9 days? Communication would be nice. If you don’t have time to do it just tell me that, why make an appointment to just have my car sit there. I won’t be going back there again. More
Sold my Black 2017 1500 hemi express murder edition truck for a 2019 Druango awd at DIck Scott's in Fowlerville MI. I informed them of all the accidents on the vehicle along with the truck has water damage f for a 2019 Druango awd at DIck Scott's in Fowlerville MI. I informed them of all the accidents on the vehicle along with the truck has water damage from being submerged in water up to the windows, they sold it with no accidents or flood damage to someone. (also they had all the damage showing on the truck on their website). The 2019 Durango awd I bought from them for 5 months has been brought back over and over, for it constantly said everything was disabled while I was driving the vehicle. The vehicle from day one would read " power steering disabled, breaks disabled, transmission disabled" while the vehicle was in motion, along with it accelerating by itself, with the check engine light flashing. (Meaning I couldn't stop or turn the vehicle even if I wanted to, because the breaks are disabled and power steering disabled. If I take a turn or hit a small bump like a speed bump with the vehicle I would lose traction control, power steering and lose the ability to accelerate the vehicle in the middle of the road. I brought it in every time only to be told there's no code, but I have video proof of what its doing. Every time I've been turned away. The vehicle has finally kept a code and the cost for a diagnostic is 145.00, but my paperwork says 130.00, and now they want 500.00 immediately after having the vehicle for weeks and them claiming that they had the engine torn down. Now there telling me they never worked on it or them telling me never opened the engine as they stated every other day this month that they were working on the car and looking at the engine. The car was there from October 11th to today October 31. They gave me the Durango back with a dent in the trunk in between the rear window whipper and tail light, a broken air vent on the right passenger side, and missing part of it's engine cover and claimed it was me who did it, I can't even reach the engine because I am short. Moreover, there's sensors in the back of the vehicle which makes it impossible to rear end anything while reversing. Do not buy any vehicles or use this dealership for servicing you vehicle. The service manager Butch is the worse of all, I called him out on his lies and he kept asking for money over the phone. I lost both my jobs because of this dealership and lack out honesty is disturbing. They will screw you for their own benefit. More
To whomever might be looking for a place to send your vehicle to I'm sorry to say but I would not bring it to Dick Scotts dealership and sorry to say that but brought my truck to them for a bad valve spr vehicle to I'm sorry to say but I would not bring it to Dick Scotts dealership and sorry to say that but brought my truck to them for a bad valve spring that they found wrong with my truck and after that some how they said my transmission was stuck in limp mode which is in 4th gear and when it was brought to them there wasn't anything wrong with it they had it for two months and kept throwing parts at it which were not cheap and still had to pay for something that didn't work , guess I'll no better next time .... They first said the solenoid pack was bad changed that after 2 weeks and poof it wasn't it then another week went by and they said the TIPM was bad told them it wasn't but said it was so changed that and poof it wasn't finally they told me it would be another week or so before he could look at it again so I bit the bullet and said just put it back together and I went and picked it up so to this day I'm still without my truck they had it from January through February into March just so wrong after I really thought this ace was awesome but I should of read the reviews before I brought it to them I'm just hoping this helps some one else that is looking for a ace to take there vehicle and the ladies up front were really rude and seems the owner should be aware of this but with he don't care or doesn't no about how they operate I've usually had great service from them when being a walk in to get something but other then that please stay away from them if you really need your vehicle fixed (I'm a upset truck owner) More

A few days later Mr. B called and said I need to pay my bill. Wasn't sure how I escaped without paying. What the heck? He said I need to pay all they did thus far....I had no paperwork on they did anything yet. Just my keys with a note....customer owes nothing at this time. MR. B said they did oil change as an example. But. No oil change sticker and the reset wasn't done on engine oil life. He threaten to send me to collections. Huh? No billing, no receipt and all the people I was dealing with disappeared. I have never not paid a bill so I was confused. He didn't show any empathy or want to solve my issue. I paid the bill after several calls from him. Did a survey on line. Requested him to call me. Nothing thus far. I will have to go somewhere else. Still don't know when I'm supposed to get my oil changed. More

Appointment are made for only consultations the he completes the service as he feels fit. He wants you to know “ in a perfect world you would be his only customer and he would complete service as promised.” For a straight forward recall and coolant flush would take half a day. My vehicle was BROKEN INTO on their LOT! Where do I begin…. Took my Jeep Trackhawk in for service, it had a broken half shaft and the paddle shifters weren’t working correctly. They would not give us a begin…. Took my Jeep Trackhawk in for service, it had a broken half shaft and the paddle shifters weren’t working correctly. They would not give us a loaner, not a big deal, I’d use my husbands truck in the meantime. It became a big deal when they had my Jeep for 2 months with no communication whatsoever. When it was finally ready for pick up, we picked it up, took it home, only to find a few hours later that the half shaft was still broken and the shifters still didn’t work. We also found that my rim was now completely bent, and there were door dings on my Jeep. We took it in again, this time they gave me a loaner from Hertz. I was told I’d get an SUV (something equal to my Jeep) and I was given a little Hyundai car. My Jeep was there for a week or so when we called to check on it. We were told there was nothing wrong with it, there’s nothing to fix. We were also told my rim was on back order. My husband asked if they had actually put it up on the hoist and checked the half shaft. They did not, when they did, sure enough….my half shaft was broken. This was the beginning on May. Near the end of May we get a call with bad news. Someone had BROKEN INTO MY JEEP while it was on their lot and busted my window and dented my Jeep. They tried to steal my tires and tore through all compartments. We asked 1. Why wasn’t my high end vehicle kept inside??? And 2. How long is this going to take to fix? They actually responded and said they would have to get MY insurance information!! No way!!! Beginning of June rolls around and still no word on my Jeep. I start getting calls from Hertz saying my car is overdue and the dealership is only Paying until May 31st and everything else is on my charge (sure enough $168 in fees were pending on my account). I call the dealership to check on this issue and my jeep because I have a camping trip planned the 13-17th and need something bigger than the Hyundai I’ve been stuck with. Chris, the manager (who we had been dealing with) tells me it should be done “tomorrow” and that even if it wasn’t it would for SURE be done before my trip. The day before my trip my husband calls and says he got a call that my jeep was ready for pick up and told me to go get it. Knowing better, I called and found that the service department did NOT have my file and didn’t know where my keys were, so I couldn’t get it. I ended up taking my husbands truck on my vacation. I came home tonight, my husband got the jeep back today. He said the half shaft is still broken, rim still isn’t replaced, still have a dent on the side from the break in. All of my things are still scattered all over inside. I had to see for myself, so just now, at 10pm I went out to the Jeep. Along with all he found, I found that a few items I had intended to return to Home Depot were also stolen, and a few other things…but the most UPSETTING thing stolen was my great grandmas necklace she gave to me before she passed! I kept it around the rear view mirror (so she watches over me while I drive). I am DEVASTATED beyond words. I would never wish this experience of anyone. In short….NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! 2 Very bad service experiences with this dealership. First one was a recall work that we were instructed by Chrysler to go to them and that we would be given a rental car but it wreaked of smoke. The se First one was a recall work that we were instructed by Chrysler to go to them and that we would be given a rental car but it wreaked of smoke. The second time we were charged for 2 hours to do a simple check engine light and I only approved for 1 hour. When we asked to talk to the service tech as to why, we were instructed they were too busy to talk to us and that they would call us later that day. Still haven't gotten that call. We decided to not have them do the repair because the estimate was $1,300 and we could not afford it. I did some research and the part only cost $400 from Mopar and that the estimated hours to install is 1 to 2 at the most so by my calculations that would be a cost of about $650. I have reached out to another local dealership and have been given a $700 estimate to do the work. I decided to contact with Mr. Scott to see if he wanted to make this right. He asked me to send him an email with all the data I have and 2 weeks later I have not received any response to my issues. Therefore, I am under the impression that Mr. Scott doesn't care if they loose a few customers. I will make sure that anyone that asks me for my opinion will be told to stay far away. I will also investigate what I need to do to hold them accountable for the extra hour $125 that I was over charged to begin with. More
I brought my new 2020 Gladiator in for its 1st oil change. The lounge is only aloud 1 person at a time. So as I'm sitting in the cold garage. Female employee stomps on the breaks, sliding a foot on change. The lounge is only aloud 1 person at a time. So as I'm sitting in the cold garage. Female employee stomps on the breaks, sliding a foot on the garage floor. Granted the floor was a bit wet. Within a minute a guy hops in, as the Gladiator is started its shifted into gear. Than squawks the tires leaving the garage to go to another garage. Now I'm left Wondering how its going to be treated when I'm not there to see it. I don't think I'll be driving 30 minutes from Lansing for service here again. I brought it here because it's where I bought it from. Jim was my sales guy and he was awesome. Guess not everyone takes the same pride in there work as Jim! More
