Finance Manager is Horrible Recently went there to trade in and purchase a car. The finance Manager was horrible, condescending and had no idea what he was doing. He spoke to me condescendingly and down to me like I was stupid. I had previously purchased a vehicle from Dick Scott when I shouldn't because they were very unwilling to work out a deal and gave me far less on my trade in than it was actually worth. They use every slimy sales pitch to make you think they are doing you a favor. Unfortunately the salesperson I was dealing with on this occasion was new and had no clue of how to communicate information to us. When we went straight to the finance manager he was a sleeze. We are now working with a better dealership willing to use both my husbands and my income, putting only him on the loan because my credit is not the best and amazing our interest rate is lower and we don't have to bring money to the table. This guy should be let go. I talked to him for a minute and knew there was no way he was going to work with me and that he was slimy. More

Pregnant and stuck in the middle of nowhere! My van broke down on the highway in Fowlerville and I had it towed to Dick Scott Motor Mall. I was from way out of town, had no clue where I was, I wa My van broke down on the highway in Fowlerville and I had it towed to Dick Scott Motor Mall. I was from way out of town, had no clue where I was, I was 7 months pregnant and I was supposed to be in Ann Arbor that evening. One of their staff ,Scott Combs was the most helpful person I could have asked for. They not only figured out what was wrong with my van, but got it right in and fixed it, and had me on my way within a few hours. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am so grateful for the help and understanding I received that day! If you're going to break down, you want it to be here! More
