We originally contacted Amelia Smyth regarding what we were interested in. She put us in contact with Ashley Smith and from that point on we had a great experience. Ashley listened to what we wanted and was helpful in providing information for the vehicle we were looking at. Her suggestion at driving a vehicle like the one we were interested in was spot on. We knew we liked how the Grand Cherokee looked and from our research of the options available, but we had never driven one. She never pressured us to purchase and was always enthusiastic when talking about the vehicles Chrysler offers. Ashley is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and always returned calls or messages in a timely fashion. She found us the Grand Cherokee we wanted and we could not be happier.
