Bill was very accommodating and went above and beyond in terms of assisting me. He met me off-hours to show the vehicle to me and allow me to test drive. Redefining the Car Buying Experience My first contact with Bill was the night before I bought my new vehicle. It was 15 minutes to close when I called and he was more than willing to answer any and all questions I had for him. I came in the next day to test-drive the F-150 I was interested in. Following that, we spent the next hour or so working out numbers and he was very friendly and easy to work with. He did not use any sales pressure tactics, but provided me with the needed information to make an informed decision about buying the vehicle. I decided to purchase the truck and then left for lunch. While at lunch he got the vehicle detailed and took care of all required paperwork before I returned. I got back to the dealership and ended up leaving with a very nice vehicle within my budget. I could have not asked for a better salesmen to help me buy my first vehicle. Dick Scott Motor Mall and Bill took care of me and I would recommend them to anyone! I had to pay over $200 out of pocket at another dealership to tell Dick Scott what was even wrong. I wouldnt recommend anybody buy or even go to that dealership! It will be known how they are. You'd think spending $35,000 dollars they would take care of you. I could go on but I'm done with them! More
