From the minute that I first met Bill he listened to what I was looking for, what I could afford to spend and never, not one time did he ever pressure me to spend more money! Bill treated me and my kids just like we were family. If you're thinking about buying a car I highly recommend you calling Bill and talking to him. You won't regret it! Not only will you get a good deal but you'll leave with a new friend! More

Was very impressed with the professionalism of the Service Department - from start to finish. The Service Manager, Scott Combs, was great from explaining what they found, to explaining what was needed. We told him it was a "second car", and not needed immediately but he called to tell us when parts were ordered, and when they came in. Very attentative and professional. I wish I had the name of the actual mechanic that serviced the car. He did an awesome job! I have a 12-year old car that runs like new. More
Poor Customer Service First when I got there to test drive the vehicle, it had scratches all the way down both sides of the vehicle which were not in the pictures online. When settling on a price they tried to make that part of the negotiation when it was something that happened while the vehicle was in there possession and had nothing to do with the purchase price. The used vehicle I purchased I was told was certified. After getting the vehicle there were definite things listed on the certification that was not done. The brakes were not at 50% or better which the certification states. All the power adapters do not work and have not gotten any response from the dealer about what they are going to do about that. There was also no manual in the vehicle and I am still waiting on them to send it to me over 3 weeks later. Overall I am very disappointed with there lack of customer service. More

Saved the day, best service experience ever! Scott Combs' offer to help me when I was in a pinch to get my car back in working order asap was nice enough but then he, his mechanic Nick and the re Scott Combs' offer to help me when I was in a pinch to get my car back in working order asap was nice enough but then he, his mechanic Nick and the rest of the service staff exceeded expectations! My vehicle was in another shop with that shop not being able to even provide a time frame for when it would be looked at or repaired. Since I needed my vehicle back asap I called Scott to see if he could help and he came to the rescue. He offered to have a tech look at it right away if I brought it in. He introduced me to the mechanic once I arrived so I could give him info on the issue to help speed up the process. Scott even had a rental car lined up for me with a shuttle ride to get it by the time I got there. In less than a day they had it diagnosed, parts located, the repair completed and drove it for a bit to ensure the repair had held. They took my phone call for a status update right away and not only without hassle but with genuine understanding for my inquiry and very respectfully. Not only did they get my car working again by the time I needed it by but the vehicle was spotless as well: protective plastic seat and steering wheel covers and a protective floor mat where in place when I picked it up and not a mark on it anywhere. It was nice to see them respect my investment as if it was their own... a far cry from past service experiences elsewhere that left black grease smeared on my cream colored leather seats and console. Scott even handled returning the rental car for me. Scott Combs - Amazing! Dick Scott Service Center and their staff - Amazing! I will recommend them to everyone. More

Purchase of Pre-Owned Vehicle - Requested by Dealership I am satisfied with the vehicle. I had looked for this particular make/model for sometime and found it at Dick Scott. I am satisfied with the financ I am satisfied with the vehicle. I had looked for this particular make/model for sometime and found it at Dick Scott. I am satisfied with the financial terms and financial service. The financial terms seemed reasonable/fair to both the dealer and me. I would recommend this dealership with the following contingencies: The personal service at the time of purchase and possession of the vehicle was mediocre. A few minutes from someone knowledgeable to sit in the vehicle with the new owner going over the basic operation of all the knobs and buttons would have been relatively inexpensive and would have made a world of difference in satisfaction. Remember this vehicle is a major purchase and is new to the owner. This is where the dome light is, the windshield wiper operates like this, the heater/air conditioner is set here, this is how you change the clock time, these warnings are displayed here and mean x, etc. etc. would have made that difference in customer satisfaction and recommendation. Also in my case there was no owners manual to answer these questions (a manual I did ask for but did not get). Part way home (about 300 miles later) an oil warning light came, which I had to stop, get off the interstate, find and go to a repair shop to determine the issue. Found out one of your technicians had failed to reset something on that warning panel. Fortunately it was reset and no functional issue, but costly in my time and in my satisfaction. A thorough check list by the service department should have prevented this. Once the sale was made, you apparently stopped caring. More
