Found the car I wanted online (2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 12k miles). Nelson Cypher did a video walk-around the vehicle, and answered all our many detailed questions. Ryan answered 5 calls with Limited with 12k miles). Nelson Cypher did a video walk-around the vehicle, and answered all our many detailed questions. Ryan answered 5 calls within a few hours to work out the financing and get us a good rate. I flew into Detroit, they picked me up, drove me to the dealership, I test drove the car, signed the papers, and drove the car home. Nelson is the salesman you always hope to get (but never seem to) when buying a used car, and Ryan really knows his side of the business, and no pressure to acquire extended warranties. I can't say enough positive about working with this dealership except to say that I would gladly fly to them to purchase my next car! More

No deposits to hold a car. No signing a purchase agreement to verify getting the car for both parties. No online loan signatures using docusign. No home delivery considering their lack of convenience to the customer. And gentlemens agreements do not exist. However they will run your credit every which way but sideways to run down your credit score on a car they plan to sell out under you. So if your looking for the Stereotypical cliché of a used car dealership, here you go. More
