Took a loooooooonnnnnnnngggggggg time Quoted 1 hour service appointment to align front wheels. Took 2.5 hours. No one called to tell me that it was going to be such a long time. I had Quoted 1 hour service appointment to align front wheels. Took 2.5 hours. No one called to tell me that it was going to be such a long time. I had to keep asking. After 2 hours I asked and they had not yet gotten my vehicle on the hoist. I feel like the reason that it finally got on the hoist was that I pestered them . If I hadn't pestered them I may still be there ..... waiting. More

Wonderful service! I was having some problems with the rear end in my 2016 Jeep. Scott Combs was able to get my Jeep in the same day to diagnose what was wrong, I was is I was having some problems with the rear end in my 2016 Jeep. Scott Combs was able to get my Jeep in the same day to diagnose what was wrong, I was issued a loaner vehicle that was the same model as my car, which was nice. The repairs took only four days and Scott kept us abreast of the progress. The service and communication where outstanding. More
