I think they could be a little more thourough I took my car in for an oil change and the recommended fuel service by the dealership. I got both of these services done. They did ask if i wanted my I took my car in for an oil change and the recommended fuel service by the dealership. I got both of these services done. They did ask if i wanted my tires rotated and I did decline this time. When we were told our vehicle was ready we went to the service counter and was walked to the cashier counter. I believe that they should have gone over everything that was done on my vehicle. They did the multi point inspection and I think that should have been gone over with me. I was not told of anything else that would need to be done in the future. I feel like they were in a hurry. When I was checking in to the service area I had taken a video of my car starting roughly sometimes and showed it to the service ad visor. He watched the video but they said they cannot do anything about this until it does it at the dealership. This is the 3rd time I have mentioned this while bringing my car in. I choose to drive the sometimes 1 1/2 hour drive for service to Dick Scott Fowlerville. The vehicle is 4 years old and I would like this problem taken care of! The cashier who took care of us was wonderful as always! More
