We had a great experience with Dick Scott! I submitted a web form on Wednesday and drove home with a new Jeep on Friday. Additionally, there was a problem with the financing the owner himself made calls on my behalf to find me a better rate and a lower price. I was very impressed with how "above and beyond" they went to make this an easy process. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for new vehicles. More

Lack of attention to detail Replaced my oil with standard oil when I told them twice to use synthetic oil. I went back to the dealer yesterday and they changed it again with the Replaced my oil with standard oil when I told them twice to use synthetic oil. I went back to the dealer yesterday and they changed it again with the correct oil. This is the second oil change since the first of the year that I've had a problem with. In both cases, as well as the replacement one yesterday, there were oily hand prints on the fenders and hood and oil from the bottles all over the engine cover which was left loose on top of the engine yesterday. In addition, on the previous oil change, they failed to top off the fluids. I have been going to this dealership for years with no problems. They have made personnel changes in service and service write-up that have had a negative impact on customer service and satisfaction. I will be looking for another dealer for service. More

I mentioned that after my last oil change at Dick Scott Motor Mall, I h I brought the car in order to understand why the check engine light was on. I mentioned that after my last oil change at Dick Scott Motor Mall, I had noticed oil on the concrete under my car. My car was checked and no problems were reported. The gentlemen working on the car were extremely nice. The check engine light was turned off and I was not charged for the visit. The work was completed very quickly. Thank you. Sharon Cooper More
