We had a great experience with Dick Scott! I submitted a web form on Wednesday and drove home with a new Jeep on Friday. Lack of attention to detail Replaced my oil with standard oil when I told them twice to use synthetic oil. I went back to the dealer yesterday and they changed it again with the Replaced my oil with standard oil when I told them twice to use synthetic oil. I went back to the dealer yesterday and they changed it again with the correct oil. This is the second oil change since the first of the year that I've had a problem with. In both cases, as well as the replacement one yesterday, there were oily hand prints on the fenders and hood and oil from the bottles all over the engine cover which was left loose on top of the engine yesterday. In addition, on the previous oil change, they failed to top off the fluids. I have been going to this dealership for years with no problems. They have made personnel changes in service and service write-up that have had a negative impact on customer service and satisfaction. I will be looking for another dealer for service. More
