We are very sorry you feel you had a negative experience with our Finance Manager. Ms. Kiley's concern was making sure that the transaction was completed in a timely manner as you had already taken delivery of your vehicle. We only have a limited time to finish processing paperwork once a vehicle is delivered, which in your case was several days prior to finally receiving the financing from your credit union. We do our best to accommodate our customers and make the purchase experience as easy and convenient as possible.

Just for you information. We did NOT ask to take the car into possession the Manager offered it. We originally planned to come back on Wednesday. In addition, if Ms.Kileys main concern was having the paperwork finished in a timely manner she should have written back and/or called to get the Credit Union the information that was needed. I emailed and called her several times as did the Credit Union. She did not write back or was ALWAYS too busy with another customer. The answer only takes a minute. It is sad that you put the employee before your customers and that you allow the employee to "badmouth them" to other people. (MY Credit Union) The one time she did respond was days later and she was not kind in any way, shape, or form. “You need to be here today”. If this is the way you like to be treated then Mr.Scott...I wish you as much disrespect as I received in your future endeavors. Very Unsatisfied Customer
