Recall and Warranty repair I am only giving 3 stars due to the fact that my vehicle was not washed or vacuumed. Poor Customer Service- Treated like a Theif I have to say that our Sales Person Ashley was very kind and helpful! She was never disrespectful and tried to help through our whole experience. I have to say that our Sales Person Ashley was very kind and helpful! She was never disrespectful and tried to help through our whole experience. On the other hand the finance rep "Shawn Kiley" was very disrespectful. She made our experience very stressful and was not helpful in any way. We asked her to wait for our Credit Union to see if their rates would match or be better than the company Dick Scott uses. She agreed but stated that we needed to have it done quickly. When my credit union and I tried to get through to her for answers she was always to busy. No reply and then got angry that we were not getting the loan done in a timely manner. At one point she told my Credit Union Rep that we were out "rolling around in their car" but hadn't paid for it. She was never polite and our rep said she should consider being a debt collector she was so rude. I have A+ credit and had filled out their loan paperwork so they had my signature on all paperwork plus I had already put :"full coverage" on the car. Shawn Kiley obviously needs help with her job if she doesn't have time in 4 days to pick up a phone or email her customers. In the end of this experience Keith Goodwin took care of us and was very polite. The vehicle we bought is beautiful and they cleaned it and gave us 1/2 tank of gas so that was satisfactory. Also...I did not ask to take the vehicle we said we would wait. the manager stated we could take it. If Mrs. Kiley was so concerned about getting the deal done in a timely manner she should have answered my calls and emails. Not Good Business to put the blame on your customers.
