Usually better I went in to have a tail light housing replaced and get tires on my car. I’ve been here a few other times and have had very good service. This time I went in to have a tail light housing replaced and get tires on my car. I’ve been here a few other times and have had very good service. This time was not great. I was told it would be about 1.5 hours for the activity. After 2.5 hours I walked to back to inquire and saw my car on the lift with no wheels on it. When I asked I was informed that it would be a bit longer as Service didn’t know Collision had the tail light housing to install and they (Service) hadn’t been informed of the tires till that morning. Any how, I got the car back and left only the have the tail light that was just repaired malfunction. So I drove back to the shop for that to be fixed. Later that evening when my husband got home he asked “don’t they give valve stem covers with tires anymore?” Because none of the 4 brand new tires had valve stem covers on them. I usually have high praise for this place but I was disappointed this time. More

Very friendly and fast service. I had a great experience. We were looking at our options on our mini van lease and the Bill Kiesgen the salesman, walked us thru all our options. He I had a great experience. We were looking at our options on our mini van lease and the Bill Kiesgen the salesman, walked us thru all our options. He took the time to show us several vehicles and ran all the different scenarios for us. The dealership was fast and friendly thru the whole process.
