It is obvious that the dealership has no connection with the people that can speed up the delivery time. It is beyond 3 months, still no vehicle and today is June 12th. Still no promise date. More

willingness to listen and help My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee was acting up and I needed it to drive to a funeral the next day I called 3 different Chrysler dealers and every told me t My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee was acting up and I needed it to drive to a funeral the next day I called 3 different Chrysler dealers and every told me they were to busy and could not help me. I called Dick Scott Chrysler Jeep and talked to Scott Combs the Service Manager he listened and said that if I could drop it off the next morning he would see if they could find out what was wrong and get it fixed. I dropped it off and they provided a shuttle ride home for me, I talked withem later in the day and they told me they had found the problem and it was a recall issue that had happened a second time on my car. They fixed it and had me on my way by 4:30. GREAT SERVICE!!!! More

A lot of work I have leased two trucks from them. The first time I didn’t know any better and put a lot down. The second time I used them it took a lot talking to g I have leased two trucks from them. The first time I didn’t know any better and put a lot down. The second time I used them it took a lot talking to get the price where I needed it. I was working with two dealers the other was lower but further away. After much talking I choose Dick Scott as I had used them before. Even though we discussed terms when paper work came it was different. The person that delivered it said no biggie it can be changed. It hasn’t been easy. More
