Early Monday morning the Service Manager, Jesse Shelton, called me and went over in great detail the repairs that would be needed, he also gave me an estimate on the total cost of the repairs and how long it would take. I couldn't believe that he had contacted me so soon, I approved the repairs and a little bit later Mr.Shelton called me again to let me know how the repairs were going and informed me that while my Charger was there he would also take care of the recall problem. I had totally forgotten about the recall and really appreciated the fact that he was going to take care of it while it was there. Mr. Shelton then asked me if I had a way into the dealership and I told him that no, I would have to find someone to give me a ride and that it could be a day or so before I could get to the dealership. He asked if I was home and I answered yes and he said that he would be sending the shuttle van out to pick me up. What could have been a terrible experience for me turned into an exemplary one, the repairs to my Charger were completed quickly, the recall problem was taken care of, and I didn't have to arrange for a ride to Dick Scott because the shuttle van was picking me up. This is, without a doubt, the most personable experience that I have ever had at a dealership. I am recommending to anyone that will listen to me that they should take their business to Dick Scott. More

4th car purchased at Dick Scott Motor Mall 2016 Jeep Cherokee is the 4th car we have purchased from Dick Scott. It is the 2nd time we worked with Nelson Cypher. Nelson was very knowledgable and 2016 Jeep Cherokee is the 4th car we have purchased from Dick Scott. It is the 2nd time we worked with Nelson Cypher. Nelson was very knowledgable and patient. He demonstrated how to use the park assist functions. Nelson was very patient with my husband and I. There are 1 or 2 hiccups with the Cherokee but service is working with me to get them resolved. I can say with confedence in 2-2 1/2 years we'll be back at Dick Scott looking for our next car. More
